Default Senate Health Care Bill: Pass it then fix it later???

With the election of Scott Brown (R), the Democratic controlled Senate has lost the filibuster-proof majority. If the Senate health care bill, currently in the House, is sent back to the Senate for a final vote as is required if the House makes any changes to it, it will probably be DOA.

This has some Democrats talking about the House passing the health care bill in its current form and sending it directly to the President for passage, then "fixing" it later.

...so even the Democrats know the health care bill in its current form needs fixing. See anything wrong here? Pass a bill that needs fixing to "fix" a system?
